Projecting The Real You was founded in 2004 with one simple yet powerful goal: to help the body of Christ especially women see themselves the way GOD sees them. In a world full of noise, filters, pressure, and comparison, it’s easy to lose sight of who we truly are. But we believe God is calling us back to the beginning back to the truth of who He created us to be.

We’re a ministry focused on restoring the whole person body, soul, and spirit. That means healing from the inside out, growing in faith, and learning how to walk confidently and freely in your GOD-given identity.

Romans 12:2 reminds us:
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”

When we begin to think differently according to GOD's Word and not the world's standards everything changes. You begin to show up as your true self: the one He lovingly designed in HIS image.

We’re here to walk alongside you in that journey. Through teaching, mentoring, wellness, prayer, and community, we create safe spaces for real transformation. We talk about things that matter faith, emotional healing, purpose, nutrition, self-care, and everything in between because we know it’s all connected. Your body, your spirit, your heart, and your mind they all matter to GOD.

At the center of everything we do is LOVE. Love that tells the truth. Love that builds up. Love that holds space for healing and growth. We believe when you begin to truly understand how deeply GOD loves you, you can begin to live freely, love others fully, and project the real you boldly and beautifully.
