The program airs every Sunday evening at 7:30 PM CST, bringing together biblical truth and real-life application in a way that empowers, uplifts, and transforms lives.

Meet the Hosts
Sonja Jackson (left) is a powerhouse for the Kingdom of God. Her unique love for the Lord draws you in, while her compassion for people captures your heart. She has an undeniable gift of making the message of Jesus Christ both accessible and alive. Sonja can talk about Jesus for hours, and her joy in doing so is contagious. Her heart embraces people from all walks of life and every background, reflecting the love of Christ to all.

Evangelist Willa Garrett (right) is an anointed teacher of the Word. Guided by the Holy Spirit, her teachings bring fresh revelations that could only come from God Himself. With wisdom, grace, and a genuine love for God’s people, she imparts truths that inspire, challenge, and encourage believers to walk boldly in faith.

Together, Sonja and Willa create a Spirit-led atmosphere where the Word of God is not only taught but experienced. Spirit Food Sunday is more than a broadcast—it is a movement of faith, love, and transformation.
